OUR STORY

“In 2018, I was mentoring a transgender friend of mine that was struggling and unable to find a job or work environment where she felt comfortable being her true authentic self. As an entrepreneur myself, I suggested that she consider starting her own business and be in control of her own story and destiny. As we continued to work together to explore opportunities, I quickly realized that there are so many others in our community that struggle to find a career path that allows them to realize their potential and allows them to live their truth in a safe way. So, I founded LEAP to be able to help those in our community to learn how to start or grow a business and help uplift them while building confidence and self esteem. It is truly an honor to be able to offer this unique approach to entrepreneurism to others within the LGBTQ+ community.”
